Standardized Operating Procedures
In accordance with NYS Department of State, Division of Licensing Services, Chapter 153 of the Laws of 2022, effective April 20, 2022,
Prime New York Realty, LLC has adopted the policy statement below:
Standardized Operating Procedures:
Prior to showing a homebuyer a property and/or providing services: (1) Prime New York Realty, LLC does not require identification from a prospective homebuyer, (2) Prime New York Realty, LLC does not require a homebuyer to sign an exclusive brokerage agreement requiring the homebuyer to work only with Prime New York Realty, LLC on all properties; (3) Prime New York Realty, LLC does not require a pre-approval for a mortgage loan in order to show a homebuyer properties.
However, based upon the requirements of the seller, the building in which the properties are located, or others, some or all of the foregoing items may be required.
